If you want to deepen your expertise and skills after the GeniusReport Training, there's the option to join our Mentoring Sessions.
Mentoring sessions are tailored to your specific needs and offer opportunities to:
- Explore aspects of the GeniusReport in greater breadth and depth
- Ask your questions
- Get support with your client cases
- Work with fellow coaches
- Gain real-life experience of using the GeniusReport in a safe and structured setting
Our mentoring sessions take place monthly, and are available to all who have completed the GeniusReport Training.
+ GeniusReport Certification Option
For those who have attended the GeniusReport Training and have prior coaching or consultancy experience, there is the option to certify as a GeniusReport Coach.
The certification process includes:
- Post-course study
- Practical experience and reflection
- An individual certification session with your trainer(s).
Upon successful completion of the requirements, you receive your GeniusReport certificate and a listing as a GeniusReport Coach on the GeniusReport.net website
64keys Training: Overview
64keys is a web-based software, based on the Human Design matrix, that reveals the individual talents and potentials that make each of us truly unique. The 64keys Training teaches you how to work with 64keys, whether that's for your own personal development or for professional use in coaching and consulting
A 64keys Account (from Free upwards) is recommended to get the most out of your 64keys Training
64keys Foundation Training
The 64keys Foundation Training is designed for both those who are new to Human Design AND experienced practitioners who want to use 64keys.
The training focuses on the core features of the individual 64keys chart, illuminating the Human Design matrix through the empowering lens of 64keys.
Key content includes:
- Interpreting the 64keys Force Field
- Redefining the Types and Profiles
- Identifying the light and shadow qualities
- The individual mission, roles and energetic impact
The aim is to apply 64keys for your own personal and professional development, and be able to introduce it to others
64keys Advanced Training
The 64keys Advanced Training builds on the core concepts to give you a depth of knowledge, experience and further perspectives.
You'll gain understanding of key nuances of the individual chart, and discover how to interpret the interactive force fields of relationships and families.
Key content includes:

This training is ideal for those who have completed the Foundation Training, along with Human Design users familiar with the core concepts who want to work with the advanced features of 64keys
64keys PRO Training
The 64keys PRO Training is perfect for Human Design students and professionals working in, or aspiring to work in, a business environment.
It is tailored to equip you with the knowledge and skills to successfully apply Human Design in diverse business contexts, including:
- Individual Business Analysis
- Career Coaching
- Management and Leadership Consultations
- Team Dynamics Analysis (Penta)
- Understanding Large Organisational Structures (OC16 Force Fields)
With a focus on Human Design for conscious cooperation, it will give you the foundations for navigating the new era beginning in 2027

Your Trainers
Our GeniusReport and 64keys Training Programmes are led by Dr Kwesi Anan Odum and/or Joanne Ross. Both Dr Kwesi and Joanne are certified GeniusReport Coaches and experienced trainers. They have trained directly with Nicole and Andreas Ebhart, the founders of 64keys and creators of the GeniusReport: Dr Kwesi attended the Ebharts’ original German-language courses in Austria, while Joanne trained online in English with Nicole.
Dr Kwesi Anan Odum
Dr Kwesi is a German-trained Medical Doctor and Specialist for Ophthalmology. He is a GeniusReport Trainer and Coach, 64keys Professional, META-Health Master Trainer, Colour Psychology Trainer and NLP Practitioner.
With his interdisciplinary background and GeniusReport profile as an influential Specialist and Team Leader, Dr Kwesi's passion is assisting individuals to reconnect with the power within themselves so that they create a joyful and fulfilled life.
Joanne Ross
Joanne is a coach, trainer and qualified teacher. She has over 20 years' coaching and training experience within the personal development field, integrating varied approaches including life coaching, EFT, Kinesiology, META-Health, NLP, Human Design, 64keys and GeniusReport
With her GeniusReport profile as an empathic Co-ordinator and Team Guide, Joanne loves to ask insightful questions, inspire people to realise their strengths and reach the answers within themselves. Her empathic co-ordination is guided by her intuitive awareness of what is natural and authentic.
